am a Software QA Test Engineer / QA Project Manager with over 15 years experience
in the high tech computer industry all told, having spent more than 13 years
providing a range of first-rate Software Quality Assurance Testing services. I
also enjoyed designing and implementing my own Web Site. I really know the
software life cycle, as well as the business of Software Development and
Quality Assurance - first hand. I am a current member of the American Society
for Quality, ASQ, an avid fan of the Rational Unified Process / RUP and the

simple: On a direct and flexible billing scale (based upon length of contract),
I cost clients less to bring testing excellence to their table. Though, besides

In
both large and small companies, I have been a valuable team member on all types
of SW QA projects in all kinds of testing and development environments,
including Mainframe / Legacy, UNIX, Client-Server, and Web based applications,
as well as having automated testing and automated scripting development
experience.

have also led QA Groups ranging in size from 5 to more than 25 people - where
the teams were comprised of users, programmers, testers, systems analysts, and
other technical IT specialists; and where the projects contained numerous
software applications requiring simultaneous management.
I
have a vast amount of experience designing, writing, and executing Quality
Assurance Test Plans, enterprise-wide Test Methodologies, Bug Database
development/deployment, and obtaining approvals, sign-offs, and buy-ins from
Upper Management and VP level executives, not to mention many other additional
tasks related to Project Management and Software Quality Assurance Testing.

have an extensive Silicon Valley background in cross-platform / multi Operating
System & configuration Software Testing (using VMware), combined with
additional skills in routine PC SW installs, designing Bug Databases & Test
Methodologies, and in performing Project Management & Automated Testing.
I
am a solid professional who is adaptable, friendly, intelligent, and able to
work well with others. I can take direction as well as provide it. I am an
enthusiastic team player who can either lead a group or be a valuable team
member who can follow project instructions and pull her own weight. I am no
